The Insurance Department specialises in insurance for landlords and tenants both for buildings and contents and is able to offer very competative premiums on policies specifically for let property. We are also able to offer legal protection cover and provision for non payment of rental. The Department is also responsible for the referencing of tenants, references which include a full credit check as well as the usual employers, previous landlords and character references.

The Department is headed by Rob Mills who has worked in insurance for very many years and has a wealth of experience. Russell Residential are directly authorised by the FSA to deal with the sale of general insurance.
