The Insurance Department are able to offer insurance products for both landlords and tenants and has developed schemes with specialist insurance brokers within the rental insurance market. We can offer our landlords buildings & contents, Legal Protection and provision for non-payment of rent. The tenants insurance scheme provides high cover at a competitive premium with the option for 6 or 12 month policies. The Department is headed by Senior Associate Partner Robert Mills who is also responsible for the referencing of all tenants, which includes obtaining current landlord, employer, next of kin or character references along with a credit check.
