Valuations
This is a simple walk around valuation to assess the market value of a property. It is useful to ensure that the price you have agreed to pay for a property is correct. It is not a survey of the property although will identify defects which materially affect the value of the property.

Homebuyer Survey and Valuation
This is a more detailed and most popular type of home survey. It includes an inspection of the roof voids, visual inspections of the services with a detailed visual inspection of accessible parts of the property.
